MapQuest Your Destiny

Have you ever gotten into your car, started driving, thought you knew where you were going but then realized that you've actually been wandering around aimlessly? You were almost certain you knew how to get to the little shop but now you're concluding that you should've MapQuested your destination before you left the house!
We do not want to repeat this scenario when it comes to reaching our goals and manifesting our destiny. Its not enough to say "I want to go here." We must also identify some of the roads that we will be taking in order to reach our destination.
Here are a few suggestions:

• Identify the Big Picture. Where are you trying to go? Based on everything that you have to offer, how do you ultimately see yourself best utilizing these skills to be on top of your world?
• See it very clearly. Envision the entire scene. What is surrounding you when you get to your destination? Who is there? How do you feel?
• Evaluate the present. Where are you now? What is the very first step that you could take which would start you in the direction of your goal? How much information do you already have about it and how much will you need to research? Speak to and read about people who have already accomplished what you desire? What were there methods and can some of those ways work for you?  
• Check your confidence. Ensure that you are in the right frame of mind before executing any actions. Do you believe you have what it takes to reach your goal? Are you able to communicate your ideas effectively and inspire others to help you realize your dream? Are you confident and excited about your destination so that others are too?
• Follow Through. Beware the procrastination bug - its bites are poisonous. Don't allow any subconscious doubt trick you into thinking there's a better time to take action than now. Now IS the time so plan and follow through.  
• Document your plan. You don't have to create flow charts and Power Points - a journal will do just fine. Describe to yourself what you want to accomplish and why. Write down people, places and things that you feel will help you on your journey. Jot down long and short term goals. Make a checklist of things that are possible to do now and things that you will pursue in other levels.  
• Stop thinking so much and let the creativity flow! Begin allowing abstract ideas to flow from your mind, through your pen and you will be surprised at how many suggestions Spirit has! Remember, you are co-piloting this mission with the Universe, so don't stay in the way when spectacular ideas will be channeled through you if you remain clear and open enough to be a vessel.

Don't wander aimlessly, with a good idea of where you want to go but no idea of how to get there. Trust your intuition and your intellect. Brainstorm and use your imagine. Identify some of the paths that lead to your destiny.Its just so much better to have a map while you're on the quest of reaching your destination!
